Join the dedicated members at Friends of Saltwell Park, located in Gateshead. We host various events throughout the year for our members and volunteers. Our group has created the Apple Bee Community Orchard to promote sustainability and community engagement. Come be a part of our vibrant community and enjoy the beauty of Saltwell Park.

• Opportunities to volunteer if you would like to do so, with our regular events or maintenance and general gardening in the Apple Bee Community Orchard and Buzzing Garden.

• The opportunity to help us to promote and protect the well-being and enjoyment of the park for the benefit of the local community and future generations.
